StaffCircle selects CommsCo PR to drive importance of company culture in new era of location-free work

30 July 2021, London: StaffCircle, the cloud-based HR platform that uniquely combines performance management, comms and culture to boost employee engagement and connect workers, has selected CommsCo to be its retained UK PR agency.
StaffCircle was founded in 2017 by CEO Mark Seemann, and is based in Leicester, with a Boston, US headquarters now open too. After seeing businesses suffering from a lack of consistency in performance comms and culture that was affecting their growth and productivity, Mark set out to design a solution which addressed all of these problems in a single platform.
The pandemic has since propelled the need for the ability to build high performing and engaged teams, no matter the location. The StaffCircle platform is now unlocking hybrid working for companies, empowering HR teams to connect workers in the office, onsite and those working remotely. For example, the platform’s adoption by client Pitacs during the pandemic has seen employee engagement rocket to 83% and has slashed admin time significantly.
To showcase the platform’s capabilities, build awareness and communicate StaffCircle’s vision for hybrid working, the leadership team chose CommsCo as its selected agency to drive its growth.
