HyperFinity appoints CommsCo to drive UK PR as retail demand grows for measurable AI and loyalty ROI

CommsCo has been appointed by HyperFinity, the actionable intelligence platform helping retailers maximise the commercial impact of loyalty, pricing and customer data, to lead its UK communications programme.
The appointment comes as retailers face increasing pressure to demonstrate measurable returns from AI, loyalty and pricing investments. Having recently closed FY26 with double-digit revenue growth and net revenue retention exceeding 150%, HyperFinity has appointed CommsCo to accelerate its market profile and establish itself as the leading voice on retail intelligence and loyalty insights.
As part of the partnership, CommsCo is delivering an integrated communications programme spanning media relations, thought leadership, executive profiling and customer storytelling, showcasing HyperFinity’s expertise and success stories to retail decision-makers across the UK.
HyperFinity works with retailers including Morrisons, JD Sports and Toolstation, enabling commercial teams to move beyond reporting and act on customer insights that directly improve revenue, loyalty and profitability. Earlier this year, the company launched Agentic Insight, an AI-powered intelligence layer that enables retailers to query complex commercial data using natural language.
Pete Denby, CEO of HyperFinity, commented: “HyperFinity is helping retailers move beyond data and dashboards to make faster and more effective commercial decisions. As we continue to grow, we needed a communications partner that could help establish us as the leading voice on retail intelligence, accountable AI and measurable commercial outcomes. CommsCo understood that ambition from day one. The agency is incredibly proactive, and the quality of their work and the results they’ve delivered in such a short space of time have been outstanding.”
Ilona Hitel, Founder and Managing Director of CommsCo, added: “HyperFinity is tackling one of retail’s biggest commercial challenges: keeping customers loyal in a competitive market. The team has built an impressive business with a clear vision for the future of retail intelligence, and we’re excited to help amplify that story as the company enters its next phase of growth.”
