Polish powerhouse SALESmanago selects Commsco PR to disrupt martech industry

SALESmanago, the Krakow-based martech company, has selected B2B tech PR agency CommsCo as its retained PR agency to elevate awareness of its customer engagement platform and drive a leaner marketing movement across Europe.
The campaign will launch in 2023 and raise awareness of its technology and approach to optimised marketing – particularly relevant in our current, recessionary times.
SALESmanago was founded by Krakow-based entrepreneur Greg Blazewicz, author of “The Marketing Revolution”, and its customer data platform is used by brands including Telefonica, Starbucks, Yves Rocher and Vodafone.
Ian Macleod, recently appointed as CMO to drive fourfold growth across Europe and previously CMO at Linnworks and Triptease, will lead the campaign. The ambition is to create a ‘marketing movement’ of ROI-driven marketers indispensable to consumer-facing businesses, Europe-wide.
MacLeod commented: “SALESmanago is a Polish powerhouse and one of martech’s biggest brands you might not have heard of. It’s coming to challenge the martech space and demand that marketers demonstrate ROI by getting closer to their customers in a recession. This is the perfect time for this optimised tech and the perfect time for a hard hitting campaign. I’m looking forward to working with the team at CommsCo to grab awareness among marketers to encourage them to embrace the lean marketing movement and focus on customer intimacy.”
Commenting on the partnership, Leah Jones, Deputy Managing Director at CommsCo, added: “This is a dynamic and entrepreneurially-led brand, coming from Krakow’s fast growing tech hub. Fast-moving and prepared to be daring, it’s a sweet spot brand for the CommsCo team. We are looking forward to creating and launching some strong campaigns working with Ian, one of the best marketers in the tech industry.”
