Building Beacon’s profile in supply chain modernisation

Beacon is an AI supply chain workspace that helps organisations turn fragmented operational data into actionable intelligence. By connecting data across systems, documents and workflows, Beacon enables supply chain teams to make faster, more informed decisions.

The company selected CommsCo as its PR partner in July 2025 to build brand awareness across supply chain and logistics sectors. This includes positioning Beacon as a leader in AI-driven supply chain decision-making, and further establishing CEO and co-founder Fraser Robinson as a credible industry voice.

Since starting with Beacon, CommsCo has delivered:

    • Media placements in titles including The Loadstar, Logistics Matters, Supply Chain Strategy, Supply & Demand Chain Executive, Seatrade Maritime, Freight Business Journal and The Digital Ship

    • Thought leadership and profiling for CEO Fraser Robinson in publications including UKTN, TechRound, Entrepreneur and Funding London

    • This amounts to over 11 million combined unique monthly visitors

    • Award recognition, including inclusion in TechRound100 and Entrepreneur100

Driving data-led storytelling

As part of the collaboration, CommsCo has created campaigns built around Beacon’s proprietary supply chain data, positioning the company as an authority on supply chain performance.

This includes ocean freight reliability research analysing over 27,000 shipments, revealing a drop in on-time delivery rates from 36% to 14%. This generated coverage across leading supply chain and maritime publications including SeaTrade Maritime, Logistics Matters, and Supply and Demand Chain Executive.

Amplifying key commercial milestones

CommsCo also led communications around strategic partnerships, including Beacon’s collaboration with Westmill Foods, reinforcing Beacon’s credibility with supply chain audiences.

“CommsCo understands both the technology we’re building and the challenges that modern supply chain teams face. The team’s innate ability to translate that into clear, relevant stories has helped us reach the right audiences and build further credibility in the market.” AJ Lockington, Head of Marketing, Beacon
