Untapped AI has selected CommsCo to drive its PR strategy and build a new category in AI-driven employee feedback. Untapped AI’s technology provides accurate, raw, unfiltered data for companies and helps employers and individuals identify problems before they become apparent.

Recognising that a lot of organisations fail to create successful change from the top-down, Untapped specialises in grassroots data to speed up the change of pace from the bottom up.  Combining the psychology of leadership with the technology of AI, the Untapped ‘accelerator platform’ creates personalised data insights and provides coaching for individuals to help them reach their untapped potential.

The company has hired CommsCo to promote issues associated with incorrect or biased survey feedback and a lack of employee engagement at grassroots level and promote AI as the new disruptor in change management.

Untapped AI was co-founded by Kendal Parmar, the business psychologist who created the ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ methodology for the Sunday Times still used by organisations all over the world.

Kendal Parmar, CEO, and Co-Founder of Untapped AI, commented: “CommsCo is the right profile to make us stand out from the competition, agile, hungry, and ready to drive results. We are passionate about combining the psychology of leadership and coaching with the technology of AI and seeing how we can impact change from the bottom up. Never has it been more important to understand the sentiment of the workforce, and the time for change in HR tech is now.”
Ilona Hitel, Founder of CommsCo, said: “At CommsCo, we focus on delivering PR for authentic challenger brands that break boundaries in tech. The Untapped AI team has rendered employee surveys redundant and created an AI solution which can tell organisations what they really need to know to understand employees. We can’t wait to tell their story, as well as communicate the success of another female tech founder in Kendal.”
