B2B tech PR agency CommsCo has been appointed by Tes to support its global communications programme as the company continues its evolution as a leading technology company serving the education sector.
The partnership will see CommsCo support corporate communications, thought leadership, media relations and strategic positioning across Tes’ international markets, including the launch of Tes360, a connected platform for deeper insight and greater impact in schools.
Tes works in more than 100 countries with over 25,000 schools worldwide. Building on its unique depth and breadth of experience across education, the organisation supports schools and trusts across safeguarding, staffing, operations, wellbeing, governance and more.
Tes360 represents the next stage of that evolution. Designed to connect data across education workflows, Tes360 helps schools and trusts reduce friction, improve visibility and enable earlier, more informed decision-making. Rather than replacing existing systems, Tes360 is a connected platform that allows leaders and teachers to access clearer, more actionable insight.
CommsCo was appointed following a competitive review and will support Tes in communicating its vision for a more connected education sector, helping position the company at the forefront of technology innovation.
Rod Williams, CEO of Tes, said: “Tes has always existed to support schools, teachers and leaders. As we’ve evolved our technology capabilities, our focus has remained the same: helping schools improve outcomes for pupils. Tes360 is an important milestone in that journey, connecting data, insight and action across schools and trusts. CommsCo is the right partner to support us as we continue to communicate that vision to customers and stakeholders around the world.”
Ilona Hitel, founder of the CommsCo, added: “Tes is one of the most recognised names in global education, but what’s particularly exciting is the transformation underway. The business combines over one hundred years of education expertise with a growing SaaS platform. The team is delighted to work with such a respected organisation, particularly one with the scale of a market leader and the mindset of a challenger.
“As education becomes more complex, leaders need greater visibility, fewer disconnected processes and technology that supports better outcomes. Tes360 is an ambitious response to that challenge, and our priority is to support the team in communicating that vision globally.”
