IRIS Audio Technologies, the company developing innovative and life-enhancing audio technology, has selected B2B tech PR agency CommsCo as its retained UK PR agency to elevate awareness of its AI-powered voice isolation software, IRIS Clarity.
The agency was selected from a shortlist of five agencies. The PR brief is to increase awareness of IRIS Clarity across the UK and US, with a specific focus on call centres, enterprises and telehealth audiences.
IRIS Clarity is an AI-powered desktop app that removes distracting background noise from video meetings and customer calls. Real-time and bi-directional, IRIS Clarity allows participants on both sides of a call to immediately enjoy clearer sound, no matter where they are. HQ’ed in London and led by CEO Jacobi Anstruther, IRIS Clarity improves focus, engagement, and wellbeing, bringing control to otherwise uncontrollable environments.
Tom Darnell, Chief Operating Officer of IRIS Audio Technologies, commented: “IRIS has always prided itself on producing incredible content, strong story-telling and impactful brand moments which engage our customers and showcase our solutions to the world. With our focus now on the B2B side of our business with our voice isolation software, IRIS Clarity, we needed a PR partner who could design, and execute a high profile comms strategy and gain cut-through in a busy market. CommsCo demonstrated their experience and strong network in this space, but also helped improve our strategy which is paying dividends for us.”
Commenting on the partnership, Leah Jones, Associate Director at CommsCo, said: “The move to remote and hybrid working has further exacerbated the need for innovations like IRIS Clarity. For call centres in particular, the need for this technology is growing significantly, not least of all for mental health. There are so many aspects to this campaign, we’re really pleased to be working with the IRIS team, and look forward to where this partnership takes us.”
