Talent acquisition tech challenger brand inploi selects Commsco for UK PR
Article by:Leah Jones
inploi, the UK scaleup overhauling talent acquisition and recruitment processes among large organisations, has selected B2B tech PR agency CommsCo to promote its message and mission to talent leaders in business.
The partnership will involve CommsCo sharing inploi’s customer stories as well as positioning the company as thought leader, modernising the talent acquisition technology space by personalising the hiring process. As a disruptive entrant in the talent SaaS market, inploi is on a mission to help employers forge authentic connections with the future of their workforce, enabling large companies in high-volume hiring sectors to deliver world-class candidate experiences.
inploi’s platform also provides comprehensive reporting and analytics of company hiring funnel and attraction spend, helping talent teams to make data-informed investment decisions.
Matthew de la Hey, CEO of inploi, commented: “We’re disrupting a long established way of doing things with inploi, building a new category of talent acquisition software. Part of that challenge is generating awareness and getting people to change the way they think about ‘the way we’ve always done things’. So, we need an agile and opportunistic comms partner who can help bring colour and awareness to our mission: bringing the innovation of the consumer internet to the world of talent acquisition and hiring. CommsCo is the right PR partner for us, demonstrating passion and agility in the UK tech and HR market. It’s an excellent partnership and I look forward to growing together.”
Leah Jones, deputy MD of CommsCo, said: “inploi has such a compelling vision for talent acquisition which is being backed up by the fantastic brands that are signing up to the platform. The team has a strong vision which is the perfect ingredient for PR success, so it’s a great addition to our portfolio of similar challenger brands.”
inploi has recently been adopted by a wide range of the UK’s leading brands, including GAIL’s, Côte and wagamama. They join long time customers including the Compass Group, Bourne Leisure (Haven and Warner Hotels) and the AS Watson Group.
